The course includes four areas of work, from which you can study the funerary heritage. These are a summary of many other areas in which this cultural heritage unfolds. In this course we have decided to take a look at cemeteries, from the point of view of architecture and its most immediate problems. In the same way we can learn about funerary art, when we stop to study the representations of death in the viceregal sphere, touring and recognizing crypts of convents, churches and cloisters. We also recognize the vital importance of making an outstanding record of those mortuary spaces, and to be able to register through technical, artistic, social, etc., surveys of all the aspects that revolve around these spaces. Subsequently, these records can and should be published to be available to researchers and the general public. It is for this reason that we give space to a chapter that illustrates how to make publications. Finally, we have decided to show the possibilities offered by tourism for the enhancement of different cemetery sites around the world. This course is aimed at: general public and public linked to the study and work in funerary spaces.
