Luis Herrera

Degree in Philosophy, Lawyer and Specialist in Administrative Law from Universidad Central de Venezuela. Master in Constitutional Law from UCAB, Venezuela. Master in Public Law from U. Andes, Chile. I have been an undergraduate and graduate university professor for more than 15 years, in Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Legal Argumentation and Economic Law. I currently teach at U. Autónoma and U. Finis Terrae in Chile and I participate as a guest lecturer in the Master of Law program at U. Andes. I have devoted myself to legal research developing several projects with international funding for non-profit associations, and I have published numerous articles, books and book chapters in journals and publishers of recognized academic prestige.
