La Facultad de Derecho y Filosofía, como cada uno de los programas que a ella se adscriben, fomenta un espacio comprometido con lo humano y sus diferentes dimensiones, empleando para ello un compromiso con la calidad educativa donde el conocimiento se genera e integra como una experiencia de saberes apoyado en las herramientas de la tecnología y la información.
Así, suscribiendo los valores y principios rectores de la Universidad, los procesos académicos vinculados con el Derecho y Filosofía se conectan con la investigación, la innovación y el intercambio colaborativo entre disciplinas y saberes, y consolidan procesos de reflexión éticos donde la sociedad es el eje del quehacer académico y de las labores que desarrollarán nuestros egresados.

Doctoral student at Universidad de los Andes, Chile. In the past I have worked as a professor at UCAB. In addition, I have participated as a researcher in several projects with international funding at CEDICE-Libertad and Asociación Civil Un Estado de Derecho.

I have devoted myself to legal research developing several projects with international funding for non-profit associations, and I have published numerous articles, books and book chapters in journals and publishers of recognized academic prestige.
